UX-Concept
Based on a joint workshop, we develop an information architecture that matches your business goals with the needs of your users: This starts with a mature navigation concept and user flows so that the users of your tool find exactly what they need, when they need it. A suitable UI framework ensures consistent and efficient development, while well thought-out wireframes and components ensure a superior experience with your software.
UX-Wireframes
Based on the results of the workshop, we develop an information architecture that combines your business goals with the needs of your users. Wireframes define concrete UX components and show how they interact. With the help of user tests, these wireframes are refined in an iterative process.
Prototyping and User Tests
All theory is gray - to really understand the behavior of your users, user tests are the best means. For this purpose, we create a click dummy of your application and conduct moderated user interviews on this basis. In addition to classic A/B tests, methods such as Think Aloud or Tree Testing are also used in these interviews. The test results flow into the next iteration loop. At the end of this process, there are individual user flows for all target personas.
