Headquartered in Munich, NFON AG is the only pan-European cloud PBX provider and counts more than 15,000 companies in 13 European countries among its customers. With a strong focus on growth, our customer needed something beyond a simple website relaunch. They needed their site to showcase technically complex products in a way that users could understand, while attracting new customers and driving lead generation to the next level.
Our mission was clear, but not routine: Communicate complex software solutions clearly and simply. To achieve this, our content specialists defined a unifying concept that was applied across the entire web experience. This concept defined content structures, messaging, copy and various user journeys. Our UX designers created a clear and intuitive face for the underlying structures. Thanks to the seamless interaction of the frontend and backend teams, we successfully developed a user-friendly CMS that enabled the customer to create new brand-compliant components or adapt existing content as needed.
