The product configurator as a means of customer loyalty and brand identification
bachmaier is a developer, manufacturer and service provider for products related to the ear - for the hearing aid industry, hearing protection industry and the music industry.
For its top product, the "HEAROS" in-ear headphones, we were to design a strong stage presence that supports and conveys the modern brand image. Our task was to create an online store that is exactly tailored to the young target group (professional and hobby musicians). The most important feature of the e-commerce solution was to be a product configurator, with which customers could individually design their personal HEAROS.
In an intensive conception phase we deal with user experience and usability as well as the transport of the young HEAROS brand image.
This was to be supported by an emotional text and image world. The e-commerce software Magento 2 served as the technological basis for the online store. The focus was clearly on the product configurator, with which the customer can design the HEAROS in his individual style in just three steps. After the selection between custom-made (impression of the ear) and customizable standard product, the model selection and subsequent design of the components (color, effects and engraving) takes place. The direct visualization makes the product immediately tangible for the user.
With its modern look and feel, the HEAROS store immerses users in a world of music from the very first moment. The extremely high level of individualization and interaction possibilities creates a strong identification with the brand and a sustainable positive customer experience.
