Demand generation and expansion of the client’s thought leadership position
For Celonis, a leading provider of process mining software, we were asked to support the generation of leads with targeted online marketing measures.
After analyzing the target groups and their customer journeys, we worked out specific topics to generate demand. From there, we developed online marketing campaigns, which were organized under a comprehensive media plan and implemented by way of landing pages, visuals (banners, data visualization, etc.) and social media posts. In addition, the company's thought leadership position was underpinned by addressing specific target groups via newsletters, original content (blog posts, postings) and webinars. Through careful implementation and continuous optimization, we helped the client achieve a double-digit percentage reduction in cost per lead during the campaign.
